I operated Project Runway Corp as a ticket resale business, purchasing inventory for live events and reselling it through secondary marketplaces.
Operations
I managed ticket sourcing, pricing, marketplace listings, order fulfillment and payout reconciliation.
Internal automation processed confirmations and PDF tickets, tagged inventory and matched marketplace payouts to sales records. Operations ceased willfully in 2024 after market conditions changed.
